Payment Schedule

50% percent of the rental amount is required at time of booking to hold the reservation.

Remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival date.

If reservation is made 60 days or less before the arrival, the entire amount will be due at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings canceled 60 days before arrival will receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee.

Bookings canceled within 60 days of arrival will not receive a refund.
